ONE FOR UST!!!!!!

I am not an avid sports fan but I am an avid Thomasian! and with all my heart, I am rooting for the UST Tigers to win the UAAP Season 76 Basketball Finals.

The last time the tigers won a championship title was in 2006 against the Ateneo, 8 years ago back when I was still in college during my graduating year. I remember that on that championship game day, typhoon Milenyo has just struck Manila and so I was at home doing my thesis struggling for cable reception, screaming my lungs out cheering for my beloved Alma Mater. I remember back then during the whole finals season, we were allowed to not wear our school uniforms as long as we are wearing yellow.. school spirit was up on the highs and if our PE class falls on a game day, we are required to watch it live in the arena! :-) I miss college! I can just imagine how hyped the whole University is right now... :-) I miss cheering wild for the team!

On saturday, 12th of October 2013 will determine the fate of the Tigers. I saw a meme saying it's either they win by one point or lose by one point.. Who cares?!? Bitter Lassalians that's who! Haha! ;p One point lead is still a lead! And a win by a point is still a win! we have a good inspiring coach, a well trained team with heart and desire to win, the whole Thomasian community as a support system and a solid Faith in God! All we need is one good game to make this win happen! :-)
